Besides that, Sudio Nivå came with a portable charging case and charging cable. At first glance, the charging case for Sudio Nivå is easily mistaken for the compact BB cushion that I always use…haha.
Sudio Nivå’s bluetooth version is 4.2 and goes up to 10m range. Walking around with Nivå in my house does not effect the sound quality!
When I first unboxed Nivå, I opened up the portable charging case and found the wireless earphones inside it. Its magnetic port tucks the earphones securely into the case and also functions as a portable charger since the play time for Nivå is only 3.5 hours. This portable casing holds up to about 4 charges (total 500 mAh) and it is really lightweight to bring around.
Since its play time is only limited to 3.5 hours, I usually place the earbuds back to the casing to be charged during lunch hour so that I am able to use it once it is fully charged again.
One thing I noticed when charging is that the casing and earphones take longer to be charged fully when both are plugged in together at the same time. So what I will do when the battery is about 1-2 bars left, I will charge just the casing fully first, then only placed the earphones inside to be charged with the the charging cable still connected to the case.

A blunder that I made during the first time turning on the wireless earphones was that I only pressed one side of the button. Clearly, I did not read the owner’s manual that was at the bottom of the box just cause I was too excited (supposed to press both at the same time)…lol. It then caused both sides of the earphone to be out of sync and I spent a good 10 mins on google figuring out how to re-sync the earphones on google since the owner’s manual did not indicate how to solve issue. Finally found the solution on Sudio’s YouTube channel.
The ear buds/sleeve really affects the sound quality of the earphones as the perfect one will sit perfectly in your ears. I was interchanging between the smallest and medium sized ear buds since that’s the usual one I go for with the other Sudio range as well. I didn’t have a great experience then as the overall volume was pretty soft and I couldn’t really hear the treble and base well for starters.
Only when I changed it to the biggest sized buds, I could really hear the good sound quality that Nivå produces. The treble and base had much better clarity and definitely made my music experience much better. As usual Sudio products have noise cancellation so I am not distracted by other external noises and be completely immersed into the music and my work.
